Flexible Hot/Cold Thermogel
INTENDED USE: The flexible, dual-action thermogel cap is perfectly designed to contour to the shape of your head for cold and hot therapy.
Cold Therapy: Used as an aid to reduce high fever, relieve migraines and tension headaches, soothe sunburns, minimize bruises/swelling, and ease fatigue or sleeplessness. Hot Therapy: Promotes blood circulation to relieve sinusitis-related head/facial pain, ease muscle tension in the neck/temples, reduce chronic stress, and soothe dry eyes.
COLD APPLICATION: Place thermogel in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until desired coldness is reached.
HOT APPLICATION: Microwave use only. Do not heat in hot water! Wrap the cap in a damp cloth or paper towel and place it in the center of a clean microwave plate. Heat at medium power (600-800W) for 15-20 seconds and check. If needed, continue heating in 5-second intervals (Maximum total heating time: 45 seconds). Important: Before reheating, turn the cap upside down and gently massage to distribute the gel evenly. Always check the temperature by hand before wearing.
